Apply for reimbursement of tuition fees

Use the form below to apply for reimbursement of tuition fees. 

Important information:

• An application for reimbursement must be made no later than three weeks after the start of the semester for which the reimbursement applies. 
• In order for your application to be processed, you must withdraw your admission to the program or course to which you have been accepted. 

When you submit the form, you will be sent to a new webpage with information about your errand ticket number.

Please take note of your errand ticket number and refer to it if you have any questions regarding your errand. Send any questions to studentsupport@hig.se. Note: If you have submitted the form before, but lost your errand ticket number, you can still write to us and we will be able to find your errand as long as you give us your name. The errand ticket number is not necessary, it simply makes it easier for us to find your errand.

  In order to process your errand the University of Gävle needs to use certain personal data. When you submit information via the form it will be processed in accordance with the EU Data Protection Regulation, article 6 1e exercise of authority. The processed data will be sifted out, or extant, according to the University of Gävle’s records management, once your errand has been closed.
